We had a really great day with the Fabulous Miss O today. We got there at noon and left at 4:00. We told her about our court date and how her ten day wait will be a fourteen day wait. She took it in stride and said that was okay. She is very excited that she will still be here on the 23rd as she has a big dance competition that day. Today was filled with talking, backgammon, giggles, table tennis, hugs and lots and lots of love! She was so excited to hear that she will have her new last name come Tuesday. One of her teachers today told us she was a bad girl and then laughed. I said, "Dah, dah", which was met with laughter. The teacher stroked the side of O's face and it was very obvious how much she cares for our girl. Olga will be missed by many people there.
Our friends that are here adopting got some great news today. They had a paperwork hangup that they were hoping to get resolved today and it did! They should get their court date very soon! Tonight we will have a celebratory dinner as they can now send their papers to the SDA in Kyiv.
A good day today for sure!! Wouldn't it be cool to bring our kids back together!! We serve an awesome God!
